Thank YOU!
I have failed in physics & chemistry subjects 2nd pu in 2022 exam in karnataka state and I am writing supplementary exam in August I will be pass in that then i got good rank in neet then i will eligible for neet or not
Greetings
NEET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA to get admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc
The eligibility criteria for NEET entrance exam is 10+2 or appearing from a well recognised board in Physics Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
The percentage requirement for NEET entrance exam in PCB is as followed:
UR/EWS- 50%
OBC/SC/ST- 40%
UR(PH)- 45%
Yes you will be eligible for NEET entrance exam if you will manage to secure the above eligibility criteria in supplementary exam. If your marks will meet the requirements in NEET then you will be eligible for it.

CAN I GET 100 MARKS IN JEE MAINS WITH PHYSICS & CHEMISTRY ONLY
Hi,
Yes you can get 100 marks in jee mains by studying only the ncert. If you are ready to put some more efforts you can easily score above 80 in chemistry if you are thorough with ncert, and have practised almost every question in it. Many questions are directly asked from the ncert in mains. However, I find the ncert mathematics books to be a bit subpar in comparison to the level of questions asked in jee mains, the ncert physics books are good and cover the basics but lack a lot of questions for practice. Nevertheless, you can easily score above 100 marks just with ncert books.
All topics which are only for JEE Main(not in the syllabus of JEE Advanced) are very important. Students generally skip them but they are very scoring and from each chapter at least one question is asked.
List of that chapters:
Physics:
- Semiconductor
- Communication systems.
- Logic Gates
- Diffraction and Polarization
- Bulk modulus and modulus of rigidity
For these chapters you need to solve questions and be aware of terms used in chapters. You will find that problems from these chapters are mostly formula based just practice them properly.
Chemistry:
1. F Block.
2. Environmental chemistry
3. Chapter Hydrogen
4. Biomolecules.
5. Surface chemistry
For chemistry revise all theory thoroughly and make sure you are aware of the names of chemicals. Solving more problems will help you in remembering things.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
sir, i want to choose boi science after 10th without choosing physics & chemistry. can i able to chose?
Hi
In general in regular boards, it's not possible to choose science with biology without physics and chemistry dear.
In case,
If you are thinking why is it so,
Then,
It is because after 12th Biology science, most of the students go for career in the field of medical like MBBS, BDS, Ayush courses , bsc nursing etc and for all these it is mandatory to have all the three of physics, chemistry and Biology so if a school offers 10+2 with Biology only without Physics and Chemistry then the students of that school won't be eligible for these courses after 12th Biology which is a major drawback because biology stream is majorly taken for going in medical field and hence they don't offer 10+2 Biology without Physics and Chemistry
To help you furthrr,
Here's what you can go after your 10th
After 10th , you can go for following options :-
>>>>>>> 10+ 2 :-
You have to choose any one of science Commerce , Arts/Humanities streams.
---------)Science :-The science stream can be further divided into 3 groups depending upon the subjects one chooses
****** Non medical :- Science with PCM i.e physics, chemistry , maths group. There's no biology in PCM group.
You should basically choose this if you want to pursue engineering/architecture etc in future.
****** Medical :- Science with PCB i.e physics, chemistry biology.
You should choose PCB group if you want to get into medical field like mbbs, bds, nursing etc in future .
****** PCMB :- You can even go for science with PCMB i.e physics Chemistry Maths and Biology if you are interested in studying both Maths and Biology in your 10+2. But yes, it becomes a bit difficult to handle both biology and Maths. One advantage of choosing pcmb is after 10+2 you can go for both medical courses like MBBS, bams, nursing etc and non medical courses like engineering as well.
-----------)Commerce :- You get to study subjects like Accounts, Business studies, Economics & Maths ,Commerce etc. If you want to become a chartered accountant, company secretary, financial advisor etc in future, then commerce is for you. In commerce you acquire commercial knowledge required for business.
------------)Arts :- If you like subjects like history, polity etc then you can go for Arts. You get to study subjects like History, Geography, Literature, Political Science, economics etc. You should go for arts if you aspire to get into Journalism, literature, languages, history, psychology etc.
>>>>>>> Polytechnic / Diploma :- After your 10th you can go for diploma courses in various branches of Engineering like mechanical, Electrical, Civil etc on the basis of your interest.
>>>>>>> ITI :- ITI is a skill development course which you can go for after your 10th , you can do iti any trade of your choice like Electrician, fitter, Welder etc.
>>>>>>> Paramedical courses :- after your 10th you can go for various paramedical courses for which you can get detailed information at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/paramedical-courses-after-10th-12th
Now, out of all these options which should you go for depends upon:-
***Your interest
***What do you want to become,
For example,
You should choose PCM science if you want to become an engineer, PCB science if you want to become a doctor, you should choose commerce if you want to be a banker or an accountant, you should choose arts if you want to become a journalist or you are interested in literature etc. So, it all depends upon your interest and what do you want to become in future so take your time and decide.

I passed my 12th in 2020 and Im applying for CBSE Improvement Exams as a Private Candidate in PCM in 2021. I have got RT in Physics & Chemistry column and got less marks in Mathematics as compared to previous results(2020). Is it compulsory to clear my RT? Does my previous result is valid?
Hi
Improvement exams are an opportunity given to candidates to improve their previous scores. If the scores they got in the improvement exam is low than their previous scores then it's not considered. Your previous scores or original marksheet will be valid after that. RT stands for repeat theory meaning you didn't get the minimum marks needed and since it's an improvement exam it's not mandatory to appear again or to be precise it's your choice if you want to appear for the papers again or not. CBSE doesn't have any say on this the decision lies with you.
In short your previous scores are valid.
Hope this clarifies!
can i crack neet 2022 if I drop this year?? & tips to score good marks in physics & chemistry
Hi aspirant,
Nothing is difficult if you're determined and have a goal to achieve. If you want to become a doctor and serve the society and at the same time fulfill your dreams, you will need to work hard and persistently. Here are some tips to score good in physics and chemistry:
- Keep an eye on the syllabus for the examination and eliminate the topics which will not be a part of examination.
- Keep the organic chemistry at your fingertips as these questions are considered easy but at the same time tricky.
- Prepare inorganic chemistry from NCERT textbooks only and attempt as many questions of physical chemistry from previous years as you can.
- Build option elimination skills to enhance speed
- For physics try to expertise all the scoring chapters and practice them the most.
- For mechanics DC PANDEY and HC VERMA Books are sufficient so try to limit your resources and focus on certain materials only.
- Try to solve all the questions from past 10 years and similar exemplary problems
Hope it helps!!
is nootan physics & chemistry books good to study for iitjee?
Hello there!
Generally, Nootan is considered best book when one starts preparing for the entrance exams. The concepts are well explained there and thus it becomes easy for the student to learn and understand them.
Although there are other books as well like Loni, HC Verma etc to solve and learn the concept.
Good Luck!
Whichever book you are studying from, just read well and clear. Clearing the concept is very important.
Good Luck!
physics & chemistry numerical asked in mns exam
The syllabus of Military Nurani Service exam or Army Bsc Nursing exam consists of subjects such as Biology, physics, chemistry, general Intelligence, gk and current affairs and general English. So, if physics and chemistry are included in the syllabus, that means that numericals also come during exams as both these subjects are incomplete without numericals. Prepare well.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
