I want to do PG in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochem or Forensic Medicine. Pl advise
Hi,
All of them are good courses to choose in a pg level. Anatomy includes the study about gross and surface anatomy, neuroanatomy, embryology, genetics, histology, radiological anatomy, applied aspects and recent advances of the above mentioned branches of anatomy to clinical practice. Physiology deals with the u nderstanding of all aspects of general, systemic and applied p hysiology. Biochemistry deals with concepts and principles of biochemistry and cell biology, including correlations of these with cellular and molecular processes involved in health and disease and forensic medicine aims to make the student aware of medico legal aspects in various settings and about contemporary advances and developments in the field of Forensic medicine. All the courses are good. So you have to consider your interest before you choosing a subject. If you ate interested in studying about physiological aspects or cell components then go for anatomy or physiology. If you are interested in cell biology or forensic field then go for biochemistry or forensic medicine. Consider your interest and choose one. It's all about the interest of the student. All the best.
Can I Pursue MSc Physiology after Bsc in Biotechnology?
Hello Aspirant,
Well, I'll try to keep things simple.
Biotechnology is a field of engineering which means you need to have the basic engineering study courses completed if you wish to pursue an advanced degree in it (MSc in your case). But criteria and requirements for admission vary from college to college, so it will be best to check out the admission requirements for MSc courses in biotechnology for the colleges you wish to apply for. Personally, I have not seen a MSc student in biotech with a BSc not in an engineering field (it is mostly mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, computer science), but in your case it might be relevant as you have a somewhat similar course of study.
This may help.
Happy learning!

glucose transport in PCT is by
hello, SGLUT transporters move glucose, along with two sodium ions across the apical membrane. Glucose then crosses the basolateral membrane via facilitated diffusion . Na+/Amino acid symporters are present on the apical side of cells in the S1 segment of the PCT which reabsorbs all the amino acids in the PCT.

how to make notes for plant and human physiology?
Hey you can study it from NCERT on the first level, then you can go for Objective Biology book. In Objective Biology there is a short Study Material to study the content and then you may use it to solve the MCQ of the topic of your choice.
Also you should study the supplementary reading material that is given at last in the NCERT. Many times questions are asked from that.
Also you can use books like S Chand for the topics mentioned.
how to prepare human physiology for neet plz give imp topics and extra edge topics?
Hello I have answered your query :
The syllabus of NEET biology has a conceptually important topic called human physiology. It is the fifth unit in the NCERT textbook of class 11. Human physiology is a highly celebrated chapter owing to the fact that it comes with 12% weightage in NEET exam! Not only that, human physiology has various concepts that are linked with human anatomy, genetics, and reproduction chapters. Hence, it is of utmost importance for a NEET aspirant to develop a smooth and clear understanding of the human physiology.

can i do physiology hounours with biology only??
If we look at the Eligibility criteria for BSc physiology Hons., It states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in science stream. So, you see, no particular Subjects are mentioned. Hence, you can apply for the course. But, you must remember that different Colleges have different admission procedures, may it be entrance exam, or merit based admission or interview based admission. So, you should look into it for the colleges you are interested in.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
