Sorry to say but you are not eligible for the neet pg exams.
The bsic educational eligibility for appearing in neet ug is to have a degree of mbbs.
So, only those candidates are allowed to appear in this exam who had completed there mbbs course or are in the last year of their mbbs.

AIIMS M.Sc. 2019 Exam will be held in online mode (computer based test). The medium of question paper will be in English only. Applicants have to attempt total 90 questions in the duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 Minutes). All the questions will be in MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) format. One mark will be awarded for every correct answer and -1/3 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.

Yes you can do M.Sc in Physiology after B.Sc in Nursing. For preparation you can refer to the following books:
1. MCQs in Physiology by Varun Malhotra
2. Review of Physiology by Soumen Manna
3. Comprehensive MCQs in Human Physiology by A.K Jain
4. Practical Physiology by Pravati Pal
Also, you can find out some previous year question papers and practice from them. If no question papers are available, solve as many MCQs as you can from the above mentioned books and try to stick to important topics and study those topics with details.
