However as per the list of the courses B.Sc in Cardiovascular Technology course within the list along with few other equivalent courses like B.Sc (CPT/CVT) Cardio Perfusion Technology. Cardio Vascular Technology and Cardio Perfusion Technology resemble each other in different aspects.

Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) is a scheme for students who passed 10+2 or equivalent exam through JKBOSE or CBSE board in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladhak. Also 10+3 Diploma students from Jammu and Kashmir and Ladhak Polytechnic Colleges are eligible for 2 nd year admission in affiliated Colleges for the vacant seats. List of courses approved through PMSSS was released by the authorities.

Yes, through PMSSS you can study Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optometry) course.

In Your question you have stated that you are a p m s s s student that means prime minister special scheme scholarship. This Scholarship is given to the student for undergraduate course outside of Jammu Kashmir  who are belong to Jammu and Kashmir. Scholarship includes tuition fees, maintenance cost of the student, hostel fees, cost of books etc. As you have not able to fill up your  form of first year Bcom but it is not so difficult to fill up. You can take a help of senior students who have got admitted in Bcom  of that respective college filled the form with requisite information and documents as it required then your task will be easy.

Delhi Technological University is one of the most prestigious colleges included in the jk pmsss. This is the option chosen by the majority of top 12th grade students. According to my experience, you should be among the top 15 students in your class. Jk pmsss has a high level of transparency. The selection process is entirely merit-based. As a result, your odds of being able to acquire a seat are quite slim. To gain seats through PMSSS, your 12th grade scores must be quite high. The AICTE will pay the college and hostel costs in this situation, which you may already be aware of.

As per the pmsss scheme you can get every NIT and IIT through scholarship program if you have qualified your jee exam and you are eligible for the college . We always dream to study in IIT, NIT, IIIT but the academic fees is too high for these institutes despite they have so much competition and are government-funded institutions. PMSSS actually the key for this happiness.
