If you are enquiring about TS POLYCET Counselling then yes, you can apply for second phase TS POLYCET counselling. The registration for first phase counselling started from July 18, 2022 and the last date to register is July 22, 2022. If you have class 10th short memo then you may provide it at the time of document verification in first phase counselling and when you report at the allotted institute then you may provide class 10th certificate for verification. If you do not have short memo then you can register for TS POLYCET second phase counselling on August 1, 2022. Candidates who haven't registered and attended the document verification in the first counseling can register for second phase counselling.

The main certificates that are required in the college are Transfer Certificate (TC), Character Certificate(CC), 10+2 Marksheet and pass certificate along with you adhar card and pan card photocopies. You may face some problem in case you do not submit TC and pass certificate as it is very necessary certificate and most colleges don't give admissions without it.

However, some colleges may take in your Original 10th marksheet till you get your TC and pass certificate from school. After you will submit your TC and pass certificate to your college, you will get back your class 10th marksheet.
