But as you have passed class 10th in regular mode from SSC board then you need to enter you board as 'Board of Secondary Education Andhra Pradesh' (BSEAP). TS POLYCET is an entrance examination for admission to Diploma in Engineering in the institutes if Telangana. The rank is determined based on the factors like top score in the exam, least score in the exam, total number of candidates appeared and other factors. It is difficult to indicate the exact score that will help you to secure a rank below 500 as there are various other factors that determine the rank. But you should aim to score minimum 105-110 marks out of 120 marks in TS POLYCET. It is to be noted that the actual rank with the predicted score may vary.

Admission in to Diploma Courses offered in Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad is on basis of merit in TS POLYCET. The University will conduct the counselling and allot seats based on the rank secured by the candidates. The eligibility criteria is as follows

• A candidate must have passed in S.S.C or equivalent examination.
• He/She must have studied at least for 4 years in the schools located in rural areas (non - municipal areas)  from 1st to 10th standard
• Candidates belonging to OC & BC category must score minimum 5.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) in all subjects including Hindi.
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD category must score minimum 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) in all subjects including Hindi.
• The candidates must have completed 15 years of age as on 31st August of the year of admission and the upper age limit is 22 years.

According to the previous year TS POLYCET seat allotment result a candidate with rank 823 belonging to BC-D secured seat in Computer Science Engineering in Government Polytechnic College, Masab Tank. Taking the previous year cut off in to consideration you need to secure a rank 800 or below to have decent chances if getting seat in Government Polytechnic College, Masab Tank in Computer Science Engineering. The total number of candidates appeared for TS POLYCET, difficulty level and total number of available seats determine the cut off, so it the cut off is going to change in 2021.

It is difficult to indicate the exact cut off rank as it will change every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination, total number of seats available etc. In 2020 a candidate belonging to BC-D category with rank 823 secured seat in Government Polytechnic College, Masab Tank in Computer Science Engineering. Considering the previous year cut off rank you need to secure rank below 800 for that you need to score minimum 100 marks or above out of 120 marks in TS POLYCET.
