My rank in pu ba llb entrance waiting list for second councilling is 74 .Are there any chances?

With a rank of 74 in the waiting list for admission in PU for the course BA LLB your chances are average. If you are looking for admission in UILS Chandigarh Then you do not seem to have any chances for admission here considering your rank. Chances in the Ludhiana regional centre also seem to be not much. You might have chances for Hoshiarpur regional centre in the subsequent counsellings as there are usually multiple number of counselling. But you can't be too sure as of now considering your wait list rank, you can wait for the subsequent counsellings.

Sir I got 194 rank with 30/100 marks in pu entrance exam for Msc in Zol. And I got 78.9% in Bsc Zol. Can I get admission in PU?

Hi,
Punjab University is a really good University and has established a reputation for itself over the years. Speaking about the admission, Punjab University has not yet released its cut off for the post graduation courses. so I would advise you to wait till the cut off are out and officially mentioned on their website. Your 79% is good enough for the eligibility. But if you don't make or clear the cutoff your this percentage will not be valued at all. So keep checking official website.

Sir my daughter s rank in pu ballb is 1938 ,score is 21 and in 12th exames she got 88.40 % belngs to up if any possibility of admission.

You will get pu campus for sure as seats for ballb pu campus general category are 90 this time. Seats increased by bar council of india

There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. 15% of the total number of seats are reserved for the SC category. Hence there are around 54 seats for the SC category. Considering that your rank under the SC category is 203, there are no chances for the Chandigarh campus. Chances for Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur regional centre are also not much. You have a no chances to get admission in Chandigarh campus in the first counselling. If not, them there will be less chances even in the subsequent counsellings.

There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank you have pretty good chances in the first counselling itself. If by any chance you don't which, you'll have chances in the subsequent counsellings too. But most probably as per previous year trends you'll have good chances.

Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally. As most of you have already got your both results a good score in it will put you at a great advantage.
There are 120 seats (both BA and BCOM) in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
Your combined score would be around 57 so chances in Chandigarh are not much. Even in Ludhiana the chances are less. For Hoshiarpur you might have chances. Wait for the final ranks to be out.
Though the cut off chances each year according to the difficulty level of the paper and the level of Competition, only a fair estimate can be made regarding the marks.

Hi,I would suggest you not to drop 2 years for JEE.If your concepts are not clear and since you are having the plan of pursuing ALLEN for a year,I think you should try to clear your doubts within the one year you are using for ALLEN.But if you are determined then you must go for it.
