Analytical chemisty steps are the initial steps of practical chemistry(checking if precipitate is obtained or not mostly) but in practical chemistry we have to perform various other tests like flame test,check the precipitate,litmus test,check the odour of the gas,its nature(crystalline, amorphous) evolved to predict which salt sample has been given to us.

In my view it is not legal to charge any extra fees to provide certification ( also make sure that you have submitted your whole fees).

No you don't have to get it attested from your 12th institute principal. This rule is relaxed considering the current pandemic situation.

you can prepare for exam and hold original documents as required on the exam center. Hold one water bottle and sanitizer for self use.

before touching any object and after use, sanitize your hand and make sure not to touch your face until n unless you get your hands cleaned by soap.
