Anywyas you could get a seat in private colleges through ma nagement. It is difficult to get a private college with fee structure 2-3 lakhs per year anyways these are few of the colleges with low fee structure in India. ( Note: The fee structure varies year to year so there could be a slight change in the numbers mentioned below.)

Private colleges usually have more fees because of the facilities provided by them. Also the staff is quite good with all equipped medical labs etc.

While the tuition fee of BDS ranges from Rs 15,000 to Rs 12,00,000, that of MDS courses is around Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh. The Dental Diploma programme fees range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000 in Government colleges and Rs 50,000 to Rs 2 lakh in private colleges.
