Himachal Pradesh Technical University, simply called HIMTU or HPTU, is a state university located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India and established in 2011. It is a state university, the fees for BCA will be around 4-5 lakhs for 3 years( which is divided into 6 semesters of 6 months each)  excluding the hostel fees which will be around 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs.

It is not possible to get cse in any private college with this percentile. Certain private colleges of WBJEE and Comedk which takes admission on the basis of jee mains but this percentile is not enough.

I would recommend you to take admission in Sastra University in which both the scores of 12th and jee mains are taken into account.

There have been a recent boost in India regarding the number of colleges and universities providing B.Tech degrees in Biotechnology besides B.Sc. and Chandigarh University is one of them, among other universities & institutes namely, LPU, Amity, Vellore institute etc.
