Diploma in production engineering
Hello Aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.
Diploma in Production Engineering is a 3-month to 3-year duration course depending upon the college, which offers a study of integrated design and efficient planning of the entire manufacturing system. Candidates who have cleared their intermediate or Bachelor’s degree depending upon the type of course can apply for the course. Admission to this course is usually done based on the candidate’s performance in the qualifying examination i.e. Class 12 exams. Students have to pay an average annual fees ranging between INR 15,000 and 2,00,000 to pursue this course from Indian Colleges/ Universities. Production engineering is a combination of manufacturing technology with management science. Production engineering involves the design, control, and continuous improvement of integrated systems to provide customers with high-quality goods and services in a timely, cost-effective manner.
GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.
Thankyou.
i am in production engineering than in which course i have too prepare for gate is best for me, in mechanical engineering or in production & industrial engineering ??
Hello, I hope you are doing well
Before asking about what branch is better for giving GATE, you should know that if you are targeting for Govt. PSUs you can't get into them regardless of the branch you give gate in, because only B. Tech in ME students could get the opportunity to work in PSUs. You can still try your luck though.
Also, you should see where your interest lies because at the end you would have to do M. Tech in that course only. GATE through PI is difficult because you will have to get a very good rank (AIR 30-50) to get into top IITs for M. Tech or else you will end up in newer IITs.
Hope this helps.

what should I choose NIT Agartala production engineering or BHU Bsc computer science
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely fine.
if you want to choose from NIT(in production engineering) from an BHU( for Bsc. Computer science), then I would recommend you to choose NIT as it is far much better and prestigious institute of India. BHU is also good in every aspect but NIT is far better in terms of faculties interaction, academics, career opportunities, placements and Infrastructure. You will get lost of opportunity in being an NIT like career growth, Internship and many other things. So, i would recommend you to choose NIT as it is better than BHU.

What should I choose between Assam Engineering College (Electronics and Telecommunication) and NIT Agartala(Production Engineering)?
Dear Aspirant, if you compare college wise then NIT Agartala will be good as compared to Assam Engineering College. But if you compare stream wise then Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is in high demand as compared to Production Engineering and placement scope is also much better in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. I hope you are clear now. If you have any other doubts feel free to ask. All The Best!!!
