I am not sure of which college you're talking about but you've got pretty good scores in 12th boards and there is a high chance of getting admissions in many of the government colleges of India if they are taking admissions based on merit.

As for your good, i will suggest you to give CUET exam and by scoring good in that exam you can easily get admission in some of the top universities in India like Delhi University, BHU, Aligarh University , and many more.

The course offers you job profiles like, political journalists, editors, and correspondents etc.

There are many entrance exams like LPUNEST, CUET, DUET, SUAT and more by which you can get good college admissions.

For admission without entrance exams, you can put Delhi University as your choice. It offers BA political science course without any entrance exam.

In Uttar Pradesh, there are almost no college offering this course without entrance exam. You can prefer some other states like Delhi.

This is board exam, examiner can check your sheet by the school code, your name and center code. But it might create a problem in future because your roll number will be published in your report card. However, in future, you can reapply for your pseb board certificate by putting all your relevant data correctly.

You fail in the language of Punjabi in Punjab secondary Education Board class 10 examination then you will be declared as compartmental candidate in which you have to appear for the language of Punjabi in the next year 10 class examination of Punjab secondary Education Board. You Have to appear for one subject compartmental or supplementary examination in the next year examination of class 10 of PSEB.

The name you have changed in  more than 3 important documents but you have not changed your name in 10th class marksheet and admit and 12th class marksheet and admit. So there is no scope of taking admission in  New name in any college unless you change your name in 10th class marksheet and admit and in registration certificate and in 12th class marksheet and admit. You have to apply to Respective board with the valid documents in which you have changed your name mentioning your  reference of India Gazet in which you have changed your name by a notification is there.
