For Msc medical biochemistry the eligibility for this course is to complete the graduation course in biochemistry from recognised university. Admission is through counselling based on the percentile got in the JIPMER common entrance examination ( JIPMER CEE) conducted by Jawaharlal institute of postgraduate of medical education and research.

I would acknowledge that you can qualify but on a condition, you should belong to the home state, because there are huge differences in the cutoffs.
