First of all let me tell you that pulp and paper technology is M.tech course available in IIT Roorkee and it is not B.tech course.
In addition to this, for doing M.tech in IIT Roorkee you need to give gate or if you are from IIT then your good cgpa can get you directly admitted to the course.
