You can firstly check for the softcopy of your Hall ticket if available in your device. If not, then you can check your result, if you remember your roll number. Still if you don't remember, then you can obviously check your result based on the Registration Number.
Most probably you haven't lost your admit but after the examination of the NTPC or SSC the admits are taken by the exam center at the end of the examination.

To fill the application form of RRB NTPC 2021, there are 2-steps to follow - registering for RRB NTPC 2021 and filling up the details but the officials have not yet released yet. The application fee of RRB NTPC 2021 application form for OBC and General category candidates is Rs. 500 while for women, transgenders and other reserved category it is Rs. 250.

See RRB NTPC examinations don't occur regularly like the SSC CGL/ SSC CHSL. Although its targetted by the GOI and Ministry of Railways to take the examination every year in order to fill the required vacancies. So technically, till now its not conducted regularly. But its hopeful that it become regular.
