I have 90.29 percentile in JEE MAINS and 93.8% in class 12 CBSE board. I am from Rajasthan, OBC category can someone please suggest me some colleges I can get giving CSE AND ECE preference
Hey Ajinkya,
At 90.29 percentile in JEE Mains, you CRL rank comes around 99333 - 111665 , which makes it very tough to secure a core branch at a good govt. college. Use the rank predictor tool:
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
As you have mentioned your category to be OBC. In JoSSA counselling you have little chance to get any colleges, but you can go for the CSAB counselling for lower branches in north-eastern NITs and some GFTIs if your preference branches are CSE and ECE, and if lucky you might get a seat in your home state NIT as well for a lower branch, but again this is not guaranteed and carries a lot of risk. Try the JEE Main college predictor:
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp
Colleges such as BITS Pilani, MNNIT, LNMIIT have very low closing rank i.e., above 98th percentile for these branches. You can apply for state govt. college on basis of JEE Mains score, which can offer you CSE and ECE at your rank, so good luck with that.
Sir/maam I get 92.4847958 percentile in jee main 2022 and 74.6% in cbse today declared result. Where i got admissions in NITs with CSE branch. I belongs to alwar rajasthan.
Hello Aspirant,
See there is no role of your class 12th marks in admission to any of the NITs/IIITs on the basis of JEE-Main score because if you are pass in class 12th so you are eligible for all admissions either in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs and also if you qualify JEE-Main 2022 then you can also appear for JEE-Advance 2022 through which you can get into IITs and on such percentile in JEE-Main you have good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance.
As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,
>>>>> your CRL rank is expected around 76930 - 86480 .
You can use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your CRL rank :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
Now on such CRL rank you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank :-
GKV - Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar
Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University
CSVTU - Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai
Kamla Nehru Group of Institutions, Sultanpur
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main rank/score you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Till now the official qualifying cut-offs have not been released and the qualifying cut-off percentiles are released along with final result of JEE-Main 2022 which will be released after both the sessions i.e. most probably in August '22.
But o n such percentile, being a General candidate you have very good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.
As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 34.6728999 87.8474721 Percentile
==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2022 but previous year's cut-off.

Good Luck!!
I have secured 70 percentile in jee mains belonging to general category (female) . Should I apply for reap counselling(resident of Rajasthan)!?
Hello student
So your percentile in JEE MAINS 2022 is 70%ile and your home state is RAJASTHAN . Yes you can apply for REAP counselling. REAP counselling process is done for admission in engineering courses for participating institutes. 85% of seats are offered to the residents of Rajasthan candidates through REAP.
Students willing to take admission in B.TECH programme, should have a valid JEE MAINS score. The seats are allotted based on the merit score they secure. In addition , students can apply for REAP with 12th merit score too if they have not appeared for JEE MAINS. Candidates must have secured over 45% marks in 12th or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
Read more about REAP 2022 in this article: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/reap
hope this helps

Mere Neet Mai 150 score ho rahe hai ST Category se Rajasthan state kya mujhe koi government seat mil jayegi MBBS,BDS,BAMS,BHMS NURSING kuchh bhi course mai buss government seat honi chaiye or kisi bhi state mai ho koi dikkat nhi
HELLO
No, you cannot get a govt seat with 150 in neet, ST category too needs to get atleast 40 percentile to pass the exam. Although you can apply in private colleges like DY patil for pharmacy or bsc courses but sorry you won't get into a government college.
can i get bds government college with 500 marks in neet . i am from rajasthan . my category is general ews
Hello,
Now, According to last year data for NEET 2021, an aspirant scoring 500 Marks had AIR around 84,100.
--------- Also with marks you have scored, your chances of getting MBBS seat in 1st and 2nd Round in Rajasthan State Counseling is very low as last EWS Candidate to get BDS seat in Government College during the 1st round of state Counseling was AIR 26,493.
------ Also, to predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year during Counseling depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2022 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2022
You can also check out Careers 360's NEET 2022 AIQ College Predictor which will help you in getting more in depth information about the best colleges for your marks. Here is a link to it -
I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.
My jee main category rank (gen ews girl ) is 10069 nd crl is 72358 Home State rajasthan Can i get admission in igdtuw (indra gandhi Delhi technology University of woman) in cse branch?????
Hi,
You have a good rank, and on the basis of your GEN EWS rank which is 10k you do have a chance of getting Computer Science and Engineering in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technological University for Women. In 2021 the closing rank for CSE in Round 1 was 15525.
Now see cutoffs vary every year because of the following factors -
• Number of applicants
• Number of candidates appeared in the exam
• Difficulty of JEE Main 2022
• Total number of seats available at the college
• Previous year cutoff trends
• Category of students
If things go as per last year, then you have a good chance of getting into IGDTUW with your dream branch.
You can check your chances of getting into your preferred colleges by using the JEE Main 2022 College Predictor - https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp
Good luck.
495 marks in neet 2022.. general ews...any college in rajasthan mbbs government..?
Hi
This is difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
But when we go through previous data then
>>>>> with 495 marks
You hold a low chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 628 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in government medical college for government quota seat under Rajasthan state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Dungarpur
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan
You have chances for government quota seat in private mbbs colleges under Rajasthan state quota like
-
Ananta Institute of Med. Sc., Rajsamand
-
American Int. Inst. of Med. Sc., Udaipur
-
JNU Institute for Med. Sc. & RC, Jaipur
-
NIMS, Jaipur
-
Pacific Insti. of MS, Udaipur
And a few more
Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but cutoff keeps changing every year due to many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have to chances and
to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
