No, other states' candidates are not eligible for the RPVT examination conducted by RAJUVAS. Only those candidates who have a domicile in Rajasthan state are eligible to apply for the RPVT exam.

Only Rajasthan residents are allowed to apply for the RPVT. According to the eligibility requirements, no additional states are permitted.

The Unreserved & EWS category candidates must have received a minimum of 50% combined marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English at Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent recognised qualifying examination in order to be eligible to compete in the RPVT 2022 test.

So with regard to your query, the RPVT entrance exam application form is not yet released by the authorities. However, it is most likely to be released in the month of June 2022. Also, the exam will be conducted in the month of August 2022.  Students who had completed their 10+2 from any recognized board are eligible for this exam.
