RGIPT has good faculty, infrastructure, placements and internships, it provides good education which is the clear sign of the TIER 1 College group. Placements: About 60-65% of students got placed in my batch through college placement drives. The highest package offered was 19 LPA offered by ONGC, and the lowest package was about 3 LPA by ICICI Bank.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Minimum 60% in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) in Class 12 (Copies of passing certificate and Mark sheet to be attached with the Application Receipt)
2. IIT-JEE Qualified (Common Merit List & Extended Merit List of the current year) (Copy of Admit Card to be attached along with the Application Receipt)
3. Selection will be based on Current year's IIT-JEE merits. Reservation as per Government of India's directive.
4. Fee Structure (per semester)*: Tuition fee – Rs.50,000/-
   Other fee – Rs.7,000/-
   Hostel and Transportation Charges– As Applicable
   One time fee – Rs.6,000/- (Includes Rs. 4,000/- Refundable Security)
   Students belonging to SC/ST category have to pay 50% of the Tuition fee.
5. The applicants may note that the companies recruiting Engineers have their own criteria for age at entry level as well norms for medical fitness and vision.

For mathematics and computing,  you need to  have the ability to present mathematical arguments and conclusions with accuracy and clarity the concepts and ability to analyze and interpreting the resultant data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions is very much needed here.

Maths and computing is a field that is very rich in maths you can say 100% pure maths with algorithms and theories proofs etc. this is the major difference. Though they are inter linked. As computers cant work without the application of maths. Maths is very much required its one of the fundamental base.

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, in Jais, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, India, is a training and education institute focusing on the petroleum industry.

The college has good faculty, infrastructure, placements and internships, and it provides good education. Placements are also reasonable and good.  About 60-65% of students got placed per batch through college placement drives. The college has once recorded highest placement. As per RGIPT MBA placements 2020, the institute has recorded the highest placement package of INR 8.5 LPA. The total placement percent was 84% & the top recruiters were ICICI Prudential, Reliance Industries Ltd., Torrent Gas, and TCS.
