I have secured a rank of 4366 in clat 2020. The final list cutoff previous year for uslls, ipu was nearly 3600. Do I stand a chance at the spot round counseling.? anyone aware about the spot round rankings last year?

Spot counselling sessions are highly unpredictable in the sense that it all depends upon the number of seats left to fill, number of candidates applying for spot admission, number of candidates actually appearing and the number of candidates with complete set of documents available at the time of admission.
Unfortunately, IPU and most private colleges do not upload much information regarding candidates applying and getting selected in spot counselling as most NLUs do so it is hard to say if you can comfortably get admission or not.
If the last cut off was 3600 then the closer your rank is to that number the higher your chances of admission during spot counselling. That said, you do have a shot at admission with your rank but I'd personally suggest to not count on it completely and have a backup admission plan ready.

So firstly congratulations for your amazing rank in KCET , it's not at all easy and I'm sure you did you best. Now although your rank is good , it's not enough to get into many government colleges. You didn't mention your state so I won't be able to tell you any seat reservations for home state and you didn't tell me your caste reservation as well so I'm considering you are from general category. According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances of getting IIT Indore but only with Electrical Branch according to previous year's cut-off and for IIT Roorkee you cannot get any of the preferred branches. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing rank for Electrical branch in IIT Roorkee was 1856 for General category Male and for Electrical branch in IIT Indore it was 3635 for General category Male.

Divya, it takes atleast 3-4 business days to assign a rank. Wait until today and then tomorrow reach out to the KEA helpdesk at: keauthority-ka@nic.in . Mail them from your Registered email id. Mention that you have missed mentioning your QE marks initially but you updated them now and are awaiting your Rank. And they will respond.
my daughter get 90.5 percentage in puc but got above 20 thousand rankings in kcet is it possible to get Bsc agriculture course

Your daughter got 90.5 percentage marks under puc and scored rank above 20 thousand so based on previous year cutoff marks in kcet which is entrance exam in Karnataka as there are around 2000 seats for the bsc agriculture so there are less chances to get seat in the bsc agriculture in the Karnataka state and if have reservation under any category you would have chances to get seat let us hope for the best and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
