According to your rank in the COMEDK, you can definately get admission in RV College of Engineering. But the branch you can get is Biotechnology as the cutoffs for all other branches are under 9000.

Yes you have scored pretty decent marks and you can get EEE but less chances in ece or cse because cutoff is 856 and 373 simultaneously. your rank would be less than 2k definitely so you will get RV EEE or other branch easily not in ece and cse. The fee structure of aerospace engineering in RVCE is 1.8 lac for the full course and 6.8 for chemical engineering in the same college.
This fee structure includes only of academic fee and not hostel or mess fees.
I think you are telling fee structure of Aerospace engineering as 6.8 L.This is the general fee structure for any college which accepts admission into Aerospace engineering branch because more equipments are required and with better facilities and faculties.It is bit costly than other branches.

You can apply to it but BMSCOLLEGE CLOSING rank is 1000 for CS branch so you have chances to get in it's 3rd ROUND as your rank is quite good that you can even get mech. Civil and electrical in bms...

Nope you can't get cse in RV and your rank may be around 4k max but it can vary according to performance of other candidates so let your rank come first then I can say you clearly but its confirm that you won't get cse through merit there is chance of you getting seat via mq if you can so best luck

Brother based on your marks if you appeared in any exam (of total marks greater than 300) you will not get any good college if you are not SC/ST.
I will suggest you to drop this year or do any other courses because there are too many engineers and jobs are very less! in India

You won't get aerospace in r.v college with this rank.You have slight chance of getting biotechnology with your rank...rest cut off for all the branches will be high.But you can try in other colleges like Dayanand Sagar ,M.S Ramaiah ,ACS college of engineering.YOU have fair chances of getting aerospace in these colleges .
