With 98.8369 percentile in MHTCET your rank will be between 7 to 8k if approximately 3.82 lacs students appeared for MHTCET this year. With that rank COEP and VJTI are struck off. Their cutoff usually lie around 1-2k only. And with approximately 98 percentile your rank should be around 21k, here as well chances are pretty low.

Now coming to DJ Sanghvi the only branch you can land uo there with is Bio Medical Engineering. 

So go for it if you are interested in biology too!

Until and unless you are determined to go for further studies only and stay in Western line you can go for SP.

If by any chance you are uncertain about what you would be doing after 4 year then go to VJTI. Because chances are high that you will opt for a job in first place and VJTI is one of the best for placements in India.

Yes you can get CSE branch in spit college with these marks.

Placements : The college is one of the top colleges in Mumbai ranked 3rd. The placement is quite good. All students got placed in various companies. The average package is 6 lakhs, the minimum is 4 lakhs and the highest is 24 lakhs. Various dream and super dream companies came with great packages like Microsoft, Amazon, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Capgemini, etc.

As per your preferences, Electronics in Sardar Patel institute in Technology seems to be a good option.There is  not surity that you get good placements in textile altough it is VJTI.

Generally package of 7-8 lakhs are there for students in Spit for electronics along with the name of a company(Samsung etc...).Although if you are someone who likes coding then you can opt for cse in walchand.It sometimes provide good packages but chances are less.

So according to me spit is good option.
