The total fees for FIRST YEAR for doing MBBS is around 27,00,000.per annum for general qouta.
For nri it is 52000 usd.
Hence the total fees for 5 yeras course would be around 1,35,00,000 for general category.

Annual Fee- 22,00,000
Materials and kits- 1,00,000
University registration and eligibility fees( for first year only)- 40,000
Totla fees- 23,40,000.

According to medical Council of india, all the medical college have a timing of 8 to 4 in the evening.
Sometimes in first year, the colleges start at 9 till 4
