see the fees structure for MBA is differ college to college. in IIMS you would get fees relaxation based on your financial condition. however 2 years mba fees ranges from 4-28 lakhs or more.
to apply for sc category you must have documents to support sc category, category certificates need to renew in every year. you need to go through the official website of state back ward class welfare portal. then you may apply for caste certificate online. however the application process may differ as per state wise.

Say CRL is 200000 and Catagory SC rank is 1500. In this prediction table which rank to put ? CRL No or Catagory rank.

While predicting your college with the help if the JEE Main college predictor you should put your category rank if you belong to any of the reserved categories because that rank will be considered during JoSAA counselling - which is 1500 for you.
And for open category students, they have to put their CRL rank.
