The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education is a West Bengal board established in 1975.

It conducts Intermediate (Class 12th) exam every year under the guidelines of West Bengal Government. The duration of exam is 180 minutes.

The scholarships are the asset given by government to the financially weak part of its society in the form of money for their education and growth.

The eligibility depends on what scholarship you are concerned to. Most of the scholarships have minimum passing criteria and no family member should be paying income taxes to the government. If some family member is doing government job is also not allowed for most of the scholarships.
