Is RIOS (Rural institute of open schooling) certification is not eligible for admission in degree college?
Hello aspirant,
The Rural Institute of Open Schooling (RIOS) Certificate, if you're referring to it, is acceptable for higher education. You need to have graduated from a reputable high school with your 12th grade diploma in order to apply to bachelor's degree programmes in Canada. In India, the RIOS is an acknowledged governing body for higher education.

I have passed eleventh standard but will not be able to take board exams this year due to medical issues. Can I take direct admission in class 12 next year (open schooling is also an option) or will I have to repeat class 11th?
Hello aspirant,
Yes, it is feasible to enrol in class 12 after finishing your 11th grade coursework and taking a year off. You can resort to government schools if CBSE schools won't let you enrol since they will undoubtedly do so.
Additionally, you can complete your 12th grade as a private candidate through the NIOS, or National Institute of Open School, if you do not want to apply as a Regular candidate.
They might inquire as to why you took the break, so you'll want to have a good answer re ady.
thank you
