I am currently pursuing ba hons political science and have completed my 12th from humanities. is there any way I can complete my 12th with pcb while pursuing my graduation and applying for neet? Like if I complete it from nios will they provide 11th marksheet too?
You can complete your 12th grade with PCB while pursuing your BA (Hons) in Political Science through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Here are some key points:
- Direct Admission: You can enroll in the NIOS 12th-grade program without completing 11th grade. NIOS allows students to take the 12th exam directly after passing the 10th grade.
-11th Marksheets: NIOS will not provide a separate marksheet for 11th grade if you directly enroll in 12th. You will receive marksheets for the subjects you complete in 12th grade only.
- Flexibility: NIOS offers the flexibility to study at your own pace and schedule, which is beneficial while pursuing your graduation
- Eligibility: You must be at least 15 years old and have completed your 10th grade from a recognized board to apply for NIOS 12th admission
- Examination: NIOS conducts examinations for both theory and practical subjects, and you will need to complete the necessary coursework to be eligible for the exams
This pathway allows you to prepare for NEET while completing your 12th-grade education.

i have 44 marks in maths , 67 in science at 10th can i prepare for marine
Hello Aspirant
I believe you are talking about the Merchant Navy as the Marines are in the USA, in India, we have the Indian Navy.
The qualifications required for the Indian Navy are that the candidate must have completed their 10th and 12th with a minimum of 50% aggregate in both and in 12th they must have Mathematics and Physics as their main subjects.
There are various posts in the Indian Navy, and depending on that post, the education qualification changes. For the post of a cook, mess boy, engine rating, or deck rating, you just need to be 10th pass. For posts such as the Welder or Electrician, you need a degree in Engineering.
The age limit for all these posts is from 17.5 to 25, but for some, it is till the age of 27 (for cook, mess boy, helper, etc.)
Since they don't look at individual marks but as an aggregate, you should be able to apply for the Indian Navy.
Hope this helps
mene b.com b.ed kiya he kya me ctet paper 2 me science maths choose kar sakti hu kya ye pass karne ke baad me TGT maths government teacher banne ke liye eligible hongi
Hello LAxmi,
B.Com and B.Ed qualifications typically do not make you eligible to teach Science and Mathematics at the secondary level (TGT level) for government schools. Here's why:
-
Subject Qualification for TGT (Maths): To become a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Mathematics, most government schools require candidates to have a relevant subject in their graduation, such as a B.Sc. with Mathematics.
-
CTET Paper 2 Eligibility: While you can choose to appear for the CTET Paper 2 with Science/Maths, your B.Com degree might not be considered sufficient for a TGT Mathematics position because it doesn't involve in-depth study of Mathematics or Science subjects.
-
Eligibility for TGT Mathematics: To be eligible for a TGT Mathematics position, you generally need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- A B.Ed. with Mathematics as a teaching subject.
Since your background is in B.Com and B.Ed., you may not meet the subject-specific requirements to be considered for a TGT Mathematics role in government schools.
Next Steps: If you are passionate about teaching Mathematics at the TGT level, you might consider pursuing an additional qualification, such as a B.Sc. in Mathematics or a related field, to meet the eligibility criteria.
Hope it helps !
