Yes you can go for Indian space Research Organisation scientists Engineering exam provided that you have completed your Bachelor of Education or bachelor of Technology course with 65% marks in the aggregate and have studied Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Computer Science as compulsory subject. Since you have completed Bachelors in Pharmacy , now you need to do the following :

1. you need to pursue at least M.pharma, try to do it from a reputed institute such as NIPER, this will help you to gain exposure in the field of research and development.
