Your category must have been considered during your admission process. NEET scorecard has both the ranks , ALL INDIA RANK and ALL INDIA categoryr rank. While admission into any any college , it is the ALL INDIA category rank which is taken into consideration for any admission process. Every college has different cutoff for different categories.

As u are non domecile in Pune your home state rank Will not be considered there. You either have to right there entrance exam or get in management quota. These two are the only options for you my friend. Wishing you luck

Admission to BE courses in various streams, a minimum of 50 % marks (45% for reserved category) in HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects.
Admission in B.E programs is strictly through the merit and rank scored in MH CET and JEE Main. MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a common entrance test organized to provide admission in Engineering & Technology and Pharmacy courses offered by various government and private colleges of Maharashtra state.

You can apply for admission in PICT under All India quota. As per all India quota the closing rank for CSE remains around 500-520 whereas for IT it reaches till 900-926. Unfortunately you fall, way out of the range, so you cannot make it through.
