After pursuing BA. office management secretarial practice (vocational studies) can i work in other countries as well ? what else do i need to do after this course so that i can work in other countries?
Greetings, Rashi.
There are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to finding a job abroad;
- Companies and employers in other countries (non SAARC countries as least) do not hold our Indian college degrees in much high regard.
- They value work experience, versatility and language proficiency over anything else.
- Finding such opportunities abroad (especially for your field of study) is going to be tricky and borderline hard because they usually release vacancies with clear preference for a native person who understands the country, the culture and the job better - they do this because they do not want to have to train new employees from other countries.
What can you do to work in other countries?
- Get some great job experience in India first. try out different jobs related to your field in office management
- if it is convenient and within your means then doing an MBA can really help
- clear TOEFL (for USA and Canada) or IELTS (UK and Europe). these are two English proficiency exams that are not that difficult. this certificate will help you when you apply abroad.
- try looking for jobs in countries that somewhat easily hire Indians - United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Indonesia, Mauritius, Malaysia, etc.
- if you get to work for premier institutions and organizations in India and get some good recommendation letters from them then your chances will definitely increase.
Note - these are generic advices based on personal opinion so take them with a grain of salt.
Good luck and have a nice day!

How to write Letters of Secretarial Practice in board examination
For writing letter of secretrial practice you need to learn the performa (pattern) of writing these letters. Make sure you attempt using this performa. Writing blank performa wont get you any marks, you need to fill details, i.e. imaginary address etc. Make sure you mention only related details in the body of the letter. And making a boudary of letter is necessary. Hope this helps.

Hello Aspirant,

Some topics might repeat but it's not entirely similar. So doing any of the above mentioned diploma courses will definitely lead you to greater career paths. Choose the diploma based on your interest.
