Kerala State allow 15% seat for all india merit state in private medical colleges of Kerala. If the student has domicile of Kerala, he can apply for Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges of Karnataka, Tamilnadu. But he will not be able to exercise the rights of his Category. He will have to apply for counseling only under General Category or Open merit. Which means if the Student has domicile of Kerala and belongs to OBC/EWS/SC/ST, he cannot use any of these reservations if he wants to participate in State Counselings of Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
