Shri ram college of commerce, Delhi University does not offer any courses for students in class 11th. All Delhi University colleges offer on undergraduate and post graduate courses only. The minimum eligibility for undergraduate courses in DU is qualifying Class 12th examinations from a recognized board. Also, you must take this in to consideration that there is no college in Delhi that offers class 11th. All colleges offer courses at undergraduate level.

I think you mean to say lady shri ram College for women or shri ram College of commerce.
Anyways both the colleges are very reputed and come under north campus, delhi university. The cut-off for both the colleges go soaring High and usually don't come down from 96%
However, various factors can contribute to you admission such as if you come under any reservation category than their are chances that you can get admission into both the colleges. Keep your eyes on the cut-off list.

Actually the both college Hansraj college and Shri Ram college of commerce arec comes under Delhi University. And as per the Delhi University e eligibility criteria, each and every NIOS candidates also can take admission in there institutes.
So so although you give mathematics examination from NIOS you are eligible for this colleges.
