You getting a seat in this college depends on your preference for the branch of engineering due to your high rank.

I think that you may have to prefer a branch like  Civil, Mech. etc. if you want a seat in this college as getting a seat with CSE branch maybe difficult. If you seriously want to pursue CSE only then you may have to move on to other colleges.

But, Since you belong to the OC category it is not possible to get a free seat.
