Hello.
Good to hear from you. Both courses are good courses. As both institutes are famous, the infrastructure and faculty are of top-notch without any doubt and you can opt for any of it. But, whichever course you choose you should be interested in it then only choose it. And also, before choosing any course or college, check whether the fee, hostel facility, transportation facility are affordable for you or not. If yes, without any doubt go for it.

CSE in SIT TUMKUR VS BMSIT BANGALORE Placement wise
Hey,
Talking about SIT Tumkur, placements in this college will be as usual as in any average private college. Many good companies come to recruit students, and the average salary package offered will be around 4 to 5 lacs per annum. According to previous year's, in electronics and communications department, one can get a salary package as high as 10 LPA. The placement rate of EC department in this college is really good. But decent in CSE department.
Now about BMSIT Bangalore placements in this college are pretty good compared to other SIT Tumkur college. The average salary package offered ranged between 6 to 7 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was around 4 LPA and the highest salary package went up to 27 LPA. CSE and ISE departments are the best for placements.
So for CSE branch the placements are better in BMSIT Bangalore than SIT Tumkur.
Hope this helps,
GOOD LUCK!

JSS science and technology, SIT tumkur, Dayanand sagar, NIE mysore .. Which is better order wise,? Plz help for cse and ise
Hello aspirant,
Based on surveys and student reviews, here is the order of the colleges you have listed according to their rank
If you want good placements then your first preference should go to jss for both cse and ise. Though nie and JSS give a tough competition for the 1st place among the engineering colleges in mysore, jss is known to have more placement offers followed by NIE. Also Both nie and JSS come within the top 10 colleges of mysore. So either cse or ise go for jss at first, then comes nie, later dayanand sagar, followed by SIT. Good luck!
My kcet rank is 6588 and eligible gor SNQ quota with annual income of 25k and 3B category.will I get SNQ seat in SIT tumkur
Hope you are doing well. Getting a seat through SNQ quota is unpredictable. It depends on the number of students and also their annual income and category. Each colleges will be having 5% of reservation for SNQ quota. Means out of 100 students, only 5 of them are eligible. If a student has scored a rank less than you and also has an annual income less than that of yours, and if he also belongs to other underprivileged category, then it will be difficult for you to get a seat through SNQ quota. During document verification, even for candidates having income less than 6 lacs, they will mention that you are eligible for SNQ quota. But the thing is as mentioned above. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
All the best.
