This is NOT possible. At the time of admission, you'll have to produce the certificate of your class XIIth passing, but at that time you CANNOT produce two certificates to get admission. So, either you can produce the Commerce certificate or the PCB certificate, but in both case you don't satisfy the PCM criteria.

So, you cannot take admission into engineering even after having these two certificates. Hope I have answered your question. All the best!

The age of a candidate is not a stumbling block to applying to CUET 2022 for undergraduate programmes. Candidates who have passed or will be taking the Class 12th/equivalent examination in 2022 are eligible to take the CUET. Candidates must, however, meet the age criteria (if any) of the individual colleges to which they desire to apply.

Candidates must have graduated from a recognised school board with a Class 12 diploma.

Because the CUET eligibility criteria for different courses and colleges may differ, candidates should consult the universities' official websites.

Candidates who failed one or more subjects in their 12th grade will be ineligible to qualify for CUET 2022.

Even if an applicant passes the entrance exam, admission to the programme is not guaranteed unless the candidate meets the eligibility requirements of the university to which they are applying.

As per the rules and Government of India Notification the certificates awarded by BOSSE for Secondary / Sr. Secondary and Skill & Vocational examination will be valid for higher studies and Government jobs, since this is recognized by State Government of Sikkim.
