Hello Aspirant ,
For a beginner Inkscape is the answer as it is a free and open source software and the features are almost same as that of Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Illustrator is a very expensive software and costs around $ 21 per month which will be around 240$ per year both apps have tons of users and a very large forum .
If you have money then you should go for Illustrator as it has plenty of free tutorials and course which a beginner needs.

I have a 3 year Gap due to competitive exam preparation+ Was not getting job due to Covid Lockdown. If I pass all the IT interview rounds and justify my gap reason will I be able to get the job?
Hello,
If you can qualify all the rounds of selection and can give them a solid reason for your 3 year gap then you can surely get that job. They would otherwise state that the there should be no gap, unless stated then the gap wouldn't be a problem. You just need to impress them with your talent and knowledge and prove it to them that you have a passion for working there. These will be tested when they carry out the various tests at different stages of the recruitment process. So do well in those and when asked about the gap in the HR round you can explain your reason to them.
Good Luck

Jre 7 , jdk, and with eclipse java ide....with this platform..can i create an app as newbie???
Hey
These are sufficient softwares for building an application through Java. But for a newcomer it might get difficult to get hold of them easily, it will take a lot of reading and one should know all the functions and applications of the packages being used, for that one can read the documentations.
Also keep practising them and watch online videos for various tricks and uses. In place of Eclipse IDE you can also try Android Studio, that is also efficient and user friendly.
