Can i study M. tech in earth and space science after B. sc Electronics?
It may not be possible for you to pursue master of technology Earth science and Space after completing Bachelor of Science in electronics. The most basic eligibility criteria for posting master of technology Earth Science and space is to complete your Bachelor of Engineering or bachelor of Technology from a recognised University in chemical or petrochemical engineering.
You must have completed your bachelor of engineering a bachelor of Technology with at least 60% marks in the aggregate of the examinations. Scope for space science after 12th
Hey aspirant,
See, there is a shortage of serious research astronomers in the country. If you are interested in space science then it's a very great thing that you want to doing something different. However, there are limited institutions that do research in astronomy. All you should try to get your degree under a well - recognised astromer and you will have a reasonable chance of success.
In india, there are several institutions including IIA where several astronomers are employed.
Other opportunities are in the government institutions like DRDO AND ISRO. These graduates can also get a job at NASA .
Here , i mention you some job roles in space science :
Astronaut
Research scientist
Astronomer
University faculty
I hope this will be helpful.
Good luck!!

Thankyou.
sir i have two questions ,i wish to persue space science hence which engineering filed should i choose qnd my second question is i got 95 percentile in jee main under pwd category ,what percentile i would require in jee advanced to qualify for top iit
Dear Aspirant,
If you want to pursue space science then Aerospace Engineering might be the right choice for you. Various institutes around the country offer this course. Now for the second question, you need to score fairly high in JEE Advanced for getting a seat in top IITs because the number of seats reserved for Pwd candidates are very low thus the competition will be very high. You need to at least target for 50%+ marks in the exam to bag a seat in one of the top IITs.
Good Luck!

You should have a good marks your 10 plus two level. If you have enough interest in physics and mathematics in that level then only you should go for space science studies. After passing 10 + 2 level you can go to
Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology , Thiruvananthapuram
Each year they conduct a separate entrance examination you have to pass it. You also can do your B E r B tech degree from any top IIT in space science. You also can study astrophysics.
I what to become space research scientist at isr. I am right now in 12th and had taken science with maths and arts as subjects in it. so what next I have to do to complete my goals.
Dear Student,
First of all Best of luck for your successful future. You can get into ISRO from many ways. You can into ISRO by completing B.E./ B.Tech with atleast crossing 7cgpa out of 10 in aggregate in the specific field.
