The cutoff svec cse for oc candidates is expected to be within 11960-20089.

Now this can't be assured,as cutoffs may vary as it depends on number of factors like 

1)no. Of students appeared for exam

2)difficulty level of question paper

SVCE being one of the good institutions in Andra pradesh, cut off rank is quite above as many candidates opt for this. Hello candidate. Both the colleges are better in their own way. But MITS college is better in all the aspects. The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
