Yes, you can! The exam will be conducted in three phases and any candidate can choose to appear in either 1 or 2 or all three phases of the examination. Your final result would be based upon best of three performance.
However if you want to appear in the later phase of the examination it is absolutely ok.

As your rank is 8524 based on previous year data for computer science cut-off is 9,500 to 10,000 in main campus based on this you will get a cse seat in srm ktr campus .

I got 2000 rank in SRMJEEE Phase 1 and got SRM KTR CSE but I am unable to pay the councelling fees at that time what should I do now? Did I get seat SRM KTR or what should I do now?
I am likely to get IT BRANCH in srm ktr campus as I got 20199 rank in srmjee and also I am getting cse in manipal jaipur campus as I got 23k rank. Which should I choose after keeping in mind I belong from middle class family? What are difference between fees of both branch in respective university.

Both the universities are good universities for pursuing an Engineering degree. However, in terms of fees, SRM will cost you 2.80 Lakh for 4 years where as Manipal University will charge 16.26 Lakh for 4 years. It is evident that in terms of fees, SRM will be a better choice. However, both universities are reputed and have good placements so you can always opt for educational loans if you are inclined towards Manipal. The final decision rests in your hands. Best of luck!
My ranks : (VITEEE - 24k, COMEDK - 6.5k, SRMJEE - 6.4k). I only want CSE (with or without specialisation) or any similar branch. To which college should I give preference? Can I get VIT Vellore in category II or III? Can I get the top 5 colleges of COMEDK? How strongly should I prefer CS over IT?

As your rank in VIT is not that good i would say not to opt for it. However you can get cse specialisations in category 3 and there is a good chance to change your branch in 2nd year.
I would suggest you to go for comedk colleges as you have a good rank there and can take up cse branch there even if you don't get in the top 5 colleges because the cost in course four years of B.tech is less in the Bangalore colleges rather than VIT Vellore and SRM University.
Upto what rank can I expect to get CSE in SRM Main campus. I have given only phase 3 SRMJEEE exam. Also will specializations be alloted upto 5K rank?
