i have a rank of 7000 in srmjeee phase 2 ..i have attempted pcb .....can i also go for cs instead of biotech
Hello aspirant,
Unfortunately you cannot go for CSE in SRMJEE although, looking at the previous year SRMJEE Cutoff rank, you have good chances to get CSE in SRM. This is because since you are a PCB student, without Maths, you cannot take up regular courses in Computer Science as both B. Tech and B.Sc courses mandate Maths. This is because Computer Applications are heavily dependent on Mathematics.
Further, looking at the previous year SRMJEE Cutoff, you also have good chances to get Biotechnology and Biotechnology(Genetics) course. So, you can go with this course in SRM.
