Well i can answer this question quite because i have been then the part of VIT. You are not eligible for VITEEE if you don't have Maths as your 3rd Subject because Maths is asked in the entrance examination not biology and same goes with SRM.

Yes if you clear SRMJEE exam you can get admission in any of the SRM colleges.

As per your rank mentioned(i.e 79000) you can apply for the very good semi private college BIT Mesra off campuses which are BIT Patna,BIT Deoghar,BIT Jaipur.Among these 3 extension centres best is the BIT Patna which also has a good placement records and medium rated professors.Also they have good optional streams and in 2nd year they also teach some good streams like french language(in BIT Patna) other campuses may teach other foreign languages.
Also guess what according to your rank you can get CSE in the best college BIT Patna.So i think this would a good oppurtunity for you.
