You can not apply fresh SSC CHSL from there is no option for applying a fresh from and you can not create a new registration ID with the same name again. There is no way to apply for SSC CHSL again. The basic requirement for ssc je is that every candidate should have at least passed the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent degree from a recognised Board. But in addition to this you need to complete your diploma/ degree to be eligible for the examination. Therefore you cannot apply for ssc je while you are in your college.

see right now till the examination you will no face any isue, however at the last of the process of document verification you might asked to justify the mis match of scores in application form and original document. I hope since the original marks is greater then application forms score, there is less chances of cancellation. now it would totally depends on exams authority final decision.

The syllabus for SS JE and campus recruitment will be entirely different. The difficulty level varies. And the recruitment procedure varies depending on the type of company. You need to prepare a strategy to prepare for campus recruitment. You need to first check the companies visiting for campus recruitment. Know the recruitment procedure, what will be the exam pattern, what all topics will be asked. For example there will be coding exam to test the programming language skills of the candidate so you should prepare for coding. There might be questions asked from core subjects, for that you can prepare from your textbooks and reference books. You need to understand the fundamentals. After checking the syllabus you need to practice the questions, you can get practice questions in the internet to prepare for the recruitment exam. In the official notification of SSC , it is said that without the date the application will be rejected. Now if it will give you a date of modification  isn't clearly mentioned anywhere. So if you can cancel your application if options available and apply newly to be safe. Also you can contact the SSC regional office or any helpline number and talk about this. the SSC Je guidelines clearly mentioned that you need to upload a photo with the date on it and it was also clearly written that if you will upload photos without date ,or more than 3 months old ,your applucation will be rejected .You must have clearly read the guidelines for the exam before uploading your photo. now in your case applying through a different mail ID will be of no use as your name will be saved it will be of no use .You can either wait for the modification link if it comes but there are less chances as mentioned by the guidelines of SSC je there are more chances that your application will be rejected . you can refer to the guidelines mentioned in the SSC JE Exam by following the given link:

You can use your EWS certificate in your SSC JE 2020 exam. And canr your certificate after giving exam . But if you have time then you can renew the certificate before the exam. Keep In mind the documents required for renewal of EWS certificate . The documents required are:

Educational records duly signed certificate from two gazetted officer.

Address proof.

Aadhaar card.

Rupees 10 non judicial declaration paper and income tax return if any or any pay slip .

Duly completed application form with 2 court fee stamp .

Process of renewal :

Visit revenue officer not below the rank of tehsildar /sub divisional officer/DM/ chief presidency/ magistrate of your area.

After that the officer will check the renewal documents as prescribed by the respective States and UTs .

Concerned officers will do an enquiry of your income and asset providing the EWS certificate.

The most important things that were to be kept in mind were-

1)The photo should be in JPEG format(20KB to 50 KB)

2)The photo should be coloured.

3)Photo dimension should be about 3.5 cm(width) x 4.5 cm(height)

4)Date on which the photograph is taken should be mentioned.

The photos in which the date was not mentioned will be rejected and applications with blurred pictures will be rejected.These were the points(date and dimensions of the photo) where emphasis was given so according to me uploading picture wearing specs would be fine unless there is a flash of the camera seen on the specs or if the eyes are not visible properly.
