Obviously AIiMS Patna has to be your preference as jts one of top 20 colleges in Medical stream and AIiMS has excellent reputation for its Placements and teaching facilities with amazing expertise into MBBS course and hands on experience witb live cases.
BJ medical college ranks way behind AIiMS and not consjdered high reputed college an dlacks on various parameters and hence not recommended .

which college is better for ug Aiims Bhopal or BJ Medical College,Ahmedabad?
AIIMS Bhopal is better than BJ Medical Ahmedabad. Although infrastructure is almost same. You can get more exposure in BJ medical but AIIMS is more premiere institute than BJ Medical. AIIMS Bhopal is easily recognizable institute all across India and Outside India. This will give more impact on your profile.
