Greetings of the day aspirant !!
As per your query , i completely understand that during the preparation of any competitive exam students feel very stressed . Don't be panic it is very common to have stressed during the exam. During the preparation, having proper diet is very must to run your brain positively. Take healthy diet and also healthy sleep.
Take proper break between your studies and try to do yoga as well. As yoga helps you alot to reduce your stress and increase your concentration as well. Study daily in a slot and prepare the time table so that it will be easy for you to what to study next so you will not be worry for that.
Don't be stressed , go easy with consistency.
I hope it helps.

how to avoid distraction during NEET preparation? and to avoid stress?
Hello aspirant,
Distraction comes from a lack of discipline and determination. A well-planned itinerary will enable you to study every subject covered in the NEET on a regular basis. Setting a fixed study time and hours helps to eliminate less important activities that can distract you from your goals.
Stick to the schedule and make your preparations accordingly. It also makes it easier to keep track of what you studied, how much time you spent on each subject, and how it is improving.
It's difficult to concentrate when you unlock your smartphone or are continuously assaulted with app notifications when studying. As a result, disable your smartphone's notification button or keep it in silent mode while studying.
Also, Comparing your progress to that of someone who has completed the entire curriculum twice or three times will only add to your stress. So, concentrate on your study schedule and refrain from discussing your success with your peers.
Hope it helps!

difference between bending moment and bending stress
Hi Aspirant!
In simple words, we can say that bending stress is borned by bending moment which means bending moment is father of bending stress.
>> Bending stress is caused by bending moment.
>> Bending moment is defined as the moment (force x perpendicular distance) that is acting on either left or right of a reference cross section.
>> During bending process the longitudinal elements of the beam will be in tension and compression. This increase or decrease in length of the beam will induce normal stresses in the beam often referred to as bending stresses.
Thankyou!

My daughter is MBBS 1st year student, she is in stress, how to overcome?
Hello ,
It is very common for students to get stressed during the first year of the colleges as they college environment is very different from that of school , the syllabus is very vast in college and it is very hard making friends quickly for some students .
You should cheer up your daughter and tell her that you understand her problem and will support her , you should allow her to go to parties and college functions as this will help her make friends and at last you should not pressure her to get high marks .
Hope this helps.
how you concentraated without any demotivation or stress on board exams

i am very stress. I am neet ug dropper in 2 nd attempt . gap certificate is required for MBBS admission or not plese reply
Dear aspirant!!!
There is nothing to worry about, the need of Gap Certificate is to ensure that being a dropper you didn't take admission into any other course or didn't involve yourself into any criminal offense activities.
When it comes to its use, although Gap Certificate is not mandatory for all the institutes, however during the counselling rounds you might be asked to submit the Gap Certificate to the respective Institution. Obtaining a Gap Certificate is not a troublesome task at all, if you are asked during the counselling you can submit it at ease.
Good luck!!!!
