B Tech Medicaps placement for the year 2019 is roughly around 70 - 75% and for the year 2021 is roughly around 90 - 95 %  and the reason behind less placement is behind the reason of recession and lack of job opportunities in india. Which is leading to problems in placement.

When applying for a B.Tech programme, institutions require applicants to have 50% of their total math, physics, and chemistry scores. You are not qualified to pursue a B.Tech in Computer Science if you did not choose maths as one of your major courses in higher secondary school.

Institutions even require 50% PCM aggregate grades for a B.Sc. in computer science.  Thus, it is a definite NO for B.Tech students.
