To be eligible to take the NEET UG 2024 test, you must either have completed or be completing 17 years of age as of January 31st, 2024. Therefore, in order to be eligible for NEET-UG 2024, you must have been born on or before December 31, 2007, to qualify. As you DOB is 20/10/2007, you are eligible for NEET 2024.

No there is no such rule. The marks that you got depends on your performance in the institution. If your performance is good than you definitely get good percentage and if your performance is not good than you get marks according to that. there is no such rule as you stated in your question.
