see generally bachelor of pharmacy i.e b pharma course is of 4 years. after completing b.pharma course you may apply for master of pharmacy. now coming to pharma d course, admission can be possible after passing 12th course. pharma d is 6 years course which includes the syllabus of bachelor in pharmacy and detailed study of 2 years thesis on any particular discipline of pharmacy. now if you are already pursuing b.pharmacy I suggest you to go for master of pharmacy course of 2 years. now the admission process is differ college to college. generally admission is based on scores of  ielts, toefel, gre etc. some of the best university for masters in pharmacy is,

Compartment is an extra chance to appear for the exam which you might not be able to qualify in the first time. Compartment is given if you are fail in only one subject, so yes if you fail in one subject then you're allowed to give compartment, however, if you have fail in more than one subject, then it is considered as fail.

You can never store whole information present in your textbook in your mind. It is as insane as to do as it is to think. Not even a great scientist or academic scholar never remember word to word what they had written in their research paper so how could you expect this from yourself. Don't put yourself in this race because its never going to end and only cause you pain and stress.

Each day for each subject read a chapter and then scribble down the points that you can remember then again skim through it once and start solving problems and exercises at the end of the chapter.

In early days it may take much of your time but in 3-4 days a rhythm will be set.

First of all you should have relevant intrest in the topic which you are stuying. If you Enjoye your studies you will not get bored with it then you can study for long hours.

Second important thing is that you should have to keep your self physically fit  so that you can spend your energies on studies.

Make a time table -it will help you to manage your studies for long time.

In one of the scientists studies it has been found that studying in small breaks help you to remember faster then studying continuly.

So for better remembering and recalling you can make your time table as such you have a small break of 5-10 minutes after 30 - 35 minutes. In this breaks you can have water,some snacks or fruit or you can Enjoye reading some magzine or the other work you like to do most.

It is essential for long hours studies that you should be physically and mentally fit . So you should do exercise or yoga at leat for half an hour daily to keep your self focused and healthy for studies.

To be honest it is the very good scoring 450-500. and the way to score 600+ is through the following ways:

1. find the reason for your incorrect answers, is it because of lack of subject, or because of performance in exam or because of time management

2. go thoroughly with the Akash test series. it helps you a lot..

and there would be even questions which are out of the akash, so you need to just learn the concept of the questions.

go through more sample and question papers.
