I am in 11 (PCB) and frustrated of studying and studying but not able to learn and revise always think about becoming famous but cant find a way ..... thinking of suicide every single day from a week what should I do always tensed about my career .....if I suicide no one will care ...tell what I do
Listen, suicide is not a solution for everything. Please be confident with yourself and eventually everything will happen as you want it to happen.
Being a PCMB student myself, I know how frustrating it is to cop up with the syllabus, and prepare for competitive exams at the same time. But we all have to fight, right? We just cannot give up on our lives.
Here's a suggestion for you. Take a small break from your studies for a day. Enjoy yourself, do what you like to do. Then from the next day, start studying. Make a time table for yourself. Study for 4-5 hours daily. You won't face much problem at the end of the year if you study everyday. Apart from studying, do enjoy your life as well. Talk with your friends, make new friends, start with your hobbies or start something new. Try to follow this for few weeks, eventually you will feel better.
And never think of suicide. People do care for you, so please remove all the negative thoughts from your mind. Try to do meditation for an hour everyday, it will bring positivity in your life.
Hope this answer helps you.
Thank you!
if I got less marks in class 10 what should I do? I will commit suicide or i will leave my home? please help me today do and take a good decisions.
Hello dear,
Failure is the stepping stone to success! Never get depressed when you fail at something. Committed suicide or leaving home indicates you are weak! Be strong and believe in yourself.
Don't worry if you have failed in 10th class, re-attempt the failed subjects, this time study hard. Passing class 10 is very important to your life. Now a days everything is e-learning. In YouTube you can find many videos related to 10th class. Concentrated on studies, your family is your strength. Don't take wrong decisions.
CA exam or Sbi Po which in more hardwork for below average student of age 20 who has done nothing in life just wasted years i feel like committing suicide but i cant i belong to good family who need me my parents works hard to earn bread n butter for us and i have done nothing till age 20 i am zero
hi,
see suicide is not a solution to any problem, so never think of it, have you encountered with any physically disabled person or any blind person, who are continuously trying to do some works or want to become self dependent by doing something, see age 20 is not a big age that you should start blaming your self for doing nothing, this is just starting if your life.
now coming to ca exam, CA has three steps and also it required to complete CA intermediate before appearing for ca final exam, now sbi po and ca exams both are different and CA syllabus is comparatively hard then any graduate level competitive exam , but you should give mock test and prepare strictly for sbi po exam since numerous students every year appear in the exam. so now decide which exam you should opt for and start preparing.

There is something called Acceptance and Commitment Theory in the field of Psychology. It is an intervention method that uses acceptance and meaningfulness in different ways. It is not a method of eliminating any particular behaviour. Rather it is acceptance of one's own inhibiting behaviour and mould our lives accordingly. This means you accept that you are no longer as curious you were before. But you mould your habits and lifestyle or working towards your dream in a way that you still work in fulfilling your passion. Maybe you should sit and write the reason you are no longer curious or passionate about something. If it was something like a bad experience or bad feedback that you had or heard, you should write it down and then evaluate the truth in it. You should maybe check the facts and see if what you felt or heard still holds true. And then you write down your current thoughts on your passion. It might be the lockdown talking or it might be because you found something else interesting. If it is just the lockdown talk, be assured that you will feel fresh once this situation passes. But if it has been there with you for a while, then accept the fact that your priorities have changed. Choose the correct course of action and decide on it. If you still want to stick on to your passion, maybe you need to rejuvenate yourself and get back on track. So do not shy away from thoughts that take away your curiosity. Face them and write them down. It might be laziness, it might be the discovery of a new passion, it might be lockdown, anything. Just write it down. Allow those thoughts in your mind and rationalise when you can and fight with them when you have to. Discover what is more important. Your flee of emotions or your passion. Set goals to act responsibly keeping in mind the long term. You cannot come back after a year and try to be passionate again. By then you would have lost the rhythm. Always remember that this is just a mind game and you need to reason with your brain and train your brain and not the other way round.
