With regards to your question I want to mention that with a rank of 13673 in NEET PG, and matching it against the previous years rank vs marks cutoff trends in different government medical Colleges in Punjab you have a pretty good chance of securing a seat  in two Government Medical colleges in Punjab namely Government Medical college, Amritsar and Guru Gobind Singh Medical college and Hospital, Faridkot. Now after securing a seat your branch of specialisation can vary.
