Likely 10k seats will be increased but it is not yet decided and implemented. the board will do it and implement it with new session. Please check news for updates. view timesofindia article dates 26 january 2020 for more details.

Increased seat number is yet to be said by the board and it is not known how much in the different colleges of India.
