Fees structure for private colleges vary from college to college. For Sree balaji medical college and hospital the fees for general surgery is approx 45,00,000 per annum. And the total fees for the program is approx 1.21 Crores. Only 7 seats are offered to the students for general surgery by this institute.

You have to have biology , Physics, chemistry knowledge.
You have to give NEET exam and have to get admitted in any medical college (govt or private) for your MBBS course.
Now MBBS is a 5 yrs course.
You would be taught everything which a normal general doctor should know.
You can not opt for any specialization in MBBS.
You have to study everything.
After MBBS if you want to become a sergeant you can give exams for MS.

You can also apply in central colleges as well such as that of delhi and also can go for haryana , punjab , karnataka,etc. The cut off of every college changes every year but with this much marks you will surely make through it.
